Forgiving is easy but forgetting to think that people already exhausted what we do at seemingly nothing, it's quite challenging.
I do not like bad words, I choose the word 'demanding' for more tu positive words. Say the word 'difficult' to make us tempted to think negatively because ur words sound quite negative.
Have become common somewhat challenging behavior of people forget that annoys us. But, if you want to succeed, want to be a great person in your field now this and you really want to change, you have to train yourself to forget the offense..

Follow the 3 steps below:
Step 1: Close the old stories, open the new stories.
That back then, first on arrival. Forget. That now, now.
Assume the offensive behavior we tu as 'old story' as it happened in the past (a long time) and has already happened. Not contribute to the advancement of self-if always be remembered.
We have to open a new story in the present (the new one) and avoid to talk back the old stories. Make life history only.
Step 2: Assume that every day is a new day and nothing to do with bad days are already gone.
Do not pull back the evils of the past into the present as it will contaminate the happiness that we want to feel today, at the present time. To succeed, we must always enthusiastic. To always enthusiastic, we should always be happy.
We are so not happy when we always bob up and down behind the stories in the past, that our old stories. Meaning, our future, not even use strainer like that because we always bob up and down back story for so long. In effect, we do not go ahead.
Do not look back (remember back past) any matter how desperate the situation in the past. Let us leave the past so that we can shape a brighter future for ourselves.
